Black and Green Recycle Logo: R is for: Recycle

I’ve left today’s A2Z series challenge manicure until the last minute as usual. This morning, a few of the others taking part in this challenge were talking about it and I realised the theme had been changed. I create the Inlinkz for this so you would think I would notice. But no. I was convinced this week was Regal.

So it came to my attention that the theme had changed to redo/reboot/recycle. Purple and crowns don’t fit with that theme at all, so some swift rethinking was in order.

Without much of a head start, I couldn’t summon up anything very creative, so I kept it literal and stamped on the recycling logo from Bundle Monster BM-418, using Mundo De Uñas High Green.

The plain green nails are done with Barry M Spring Green and the black base for the stamping is a gel polish, Gelish Black Shadow.

I’m not so keen on the these. The concept is good, and the green has stamped wonderfully over black. But it’s a bit rushed, a lot messy and not cleaned up at all well. Next time I shall pay attention and make sure I have checked the theme in advance!
