Gloss ‘n Sparkle Slowly Growing Deaf

I have admired Gloss ‘n Sparkle’s Slowly Growing Deaf from afar for a while. I tried to get it in a blog sale, but failed. And then I came across it quite by chance on Rainbow Connection; I didn’t know they sold it!

It’s a lovely pale blue, packed full of tiny silver and red hex glitters. It was really opaque because of the amount of glitter in it, so I just painted two coats, with no need for undies.

It looks like this has a little tip wear, but it doesn’t. It looks worn because I didn’t wrap the tips of my nails, as the glitter would probably have caught on something. Of course, if I’d used undies, then I would have wrapped the tips with the undercoat. But it’s only this close-up shot that shows that up. In real life, it wasn’t perceptible.

I think I like the name more than anything.

Claire Kerr

I have no idea what it refers to – seems a strange choice of name if you ask me.
