Revlon Lilac Pastelle: GOT Polish Challenge: Pastel
And so the second round of the Golden Oldie Thursday (GOT) Polish Challenge gets underway, and the first theme is pastel.
I have only a handful of old pastels and Revlon Lilac Pastelle seemed to jump out at me, calling to be used.
Inspired by an image on Pinterest (see below), I created an accent using white and a couple of “swooshed” lines in Lilac Pastelle, which I did using French tip guides.
Lilac Pastelle is sheer and watery and so needed 4 coats. But it dried quickly, as all Revlons seem to, so needing to paint so many coats didn’t cause any problems.
It’s a lovely pastel pinky lilac colour and goes very nicely with white.

This was my inspiration for these nails, although these ones are in peach and have been created using acrylics.
