Color Club Beyond

The base colour of Beyond is not very summery; it’s a very dark grey … almost black but not quite. But it’s holographic, which absolutely is summery. Having said that, the sun isn’t out very much today, so I had to quickly grab a photo while I could.

This polish is one of the 2013 Color Club Halo Hues. I bought four of the six at the Professional Beauty show back in February. It goes on really well, which is brilliant as it needs very little clean up, and holos can be difficult to clean up with all their little particles getting all over your cuticles! It didn’t create any bald patches or streakiness, just went on really smoothly and easily. It dried quickly too.

Look at that stunning rainbow in the polish. Fabulous!

Apologies for the not so great photo. As I said, I had to be quick to capture the sun, and it’s not my best!

For this manicure I’ve used:
  • Colour: two coats of Color Club Beyond
  • Top coat: none

Beautiful! This is the shade I want most from the collection, but I can’t bear to pay silly prices! It will be mine…eventually!

You do make it look gorgeous!

I paid £6 at the show, but I don’t think they’re much more than that usually. Not the cheapest polish, but not Chanel prices.

Looking snazzy, Claire!
I LOVE Color Club’s Halo Hues! They all have a strong linear holo rainbow, go on easy peasy, wear really well & unlike many holos…you can add top coat without ruining the holo goodness. <3

Oooh, thank you; that’s useful to know. I didn’t put topcoat on, but I will now to make it last another day or so.
