In yesterday’s post I was moaning about green polishes and how I don’t like them … and today I have one on the blog! This is SpaRitual Caring.
But this is a mint green, and so that means it’s an acceptable green to me!
It comes from the latest SpaRitual collection, Nurture, a spring collection of six shades.
I have another SpaRitual mint green in my collection – Delight – but Caring is a little deeper than that one. It’s the same sort of shade, just a little darker.
I painted two thickish coats for this manicure. I will often use three coats for a SpaRitual polish, because they are often quite thin. However, they dry very quickly, so three coats is easy and simple to do, and it gives the best outcome. But this was fine in two thicker coats.
The spring 2016 Nurture collection shades are:
- Loving – a light pink creme
- Affection – a shimmery blue with glitters
- Supportive – a purple shimmer
- Gentle – a cream creme
- Tender – a turquoise creme
- Delight – a mint creme
I have the cream polish, Gentle, too, and will be posting about it shortly. I also love the look of the purple one, Supportive. Another review I read said that it’s a one-coater, which is always a bonus.
- Colour: two coats of SpaRitual Caring
- Top coat: Sally Hansen Insta-Dri
