Today I have a swatch of Nella Milano Iron Spring.

It is a very difficult shade to describe. It’s detailed on the Nella Milano website as being browny-grey, which you can’t disagree with. But, in some lights, it has a murky green tone to it, making it more of a khaki or a dusky olive colour.

It’s another classy-looking colour from Nella Milano. If you’re allowed to wear polish as dark as this, I’d say it would be great for office wear. I wore it to an event hosted by a client of mine and received several admiring comments (from the ladies – the men rarely seem to notice my nails!)

It applied really well and took two coats. As ever, the perfect Nella Milano formula dried to a glossy shine.
