Flowers using Bundle Monster Mosaic Glass Sheer Tints Gels

Bundle Monster has just released some sheer tinted gel polishes, called Mosaic Glass Sheer Tints. They are like the OPI sheer tints, but in gel polish format.

This stamped floral manicure uses three of them: Sunny Disposition (yellow), Apricot Beauty (orange) and Peony Blush (pink).

I started with a base of white gel polish, then stamped a floral image from Born Pretty Store plate BP-54. Then I coloured in the outline of the flower using the sheer tints gels.

They were very easy to work with. I just used a normal nail art brush, which I cleaned with acetone afterwards, and painted the colours on. I used Sunny Disposition, the yellow, nearest the centre of the flowers, then Apricot Beauty, the orange, and finally Peony Blush, the pink, at the outer edges. The colours blended into each other easily for a more gradiented effect.

You can buy the Bundle Monster Mosaic Glass Sheer Tints gel polishes for $5.95 each, or for $17.99 for a set of 3 polishes. Set 1 has a cyan, purple and a black. Set 2 (as used for this post) has a yellow, orange and a pink.

You can use these polishes as I have, in a single layer, to colour in a design for a pastel look. Or you can use more layers for a deeper colour. You can also mix one or more polishes, or layer them over one another to make different colours. For example: green (blue + yellow), red (pink + yellow), brown (orange + black) and dark blue (cyan + purple).

There are lots of ways I can think of using these polishes; I’m excited about trying some of them out.

For this manicure I’ve used:
  • White base colour: two coats of Gelish Arctic Freeze
  • Stamping polish: Konad Black
  • Stamping plate: Born Pretty Store BP-54
  • Tints: Bundle Monster Mosaic Glass Sheer Tints gels in Peony Blush, Sunny Disposition and Apricot Beauty
  • Plain coral nails: two coats of Barry M Papaya
  • Top coat: W7 2 in 1 top coat / base coat (gel polish)
  • Top coat: Sally Hansen Insta-Dri

Manases Andrea

These are perfect summer nails. Love the intensity of the orange shade!

This is a lovely manicure especially for the season. I love to leadlight however I prefer the tints to be more pigmented. These are lovely though for “the soft and subtle look.”

You can get much greater depth of colour with these gel polishes just by adding extra coats.
