I jazzed up my Barry M Raspberry manicure with some stamping. I used Cheeky plate CH5 and Barry M Foil Effects Gold, which always stamps beautifully.

I’ve peaked a bit too soon with this look. I have a Christmas lunch to go to later this week, and this would have looked great for that, but I’m sure it won’t last that long, and I won’t really want to recreate it again so soon.

Last week I bought a new top coat: Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti-Chip topcoat. (That’s a name and a half: for those of you in the know, it’s the one in the red bottle!). I read a lot of blogs and this top coat is rated very highly by many of the US bloggers, so when I spotted it in Superdrug, I thought I’d buy a bottle. Sometimes my top coat will smudge my stamping a little, but this didn’t, so I’ll be using it over my stamping from now on.
