SpaRitual First Snow

SpaRitual has released a new winter collection, called Snow Globe. It consists of three top coat polishes: Snow Globe, First Snow and Starry Winter Night.

I received First Snow to review. It’s a clear polish, dense with holographic glitters, and with a sprinkling of tiny white square glitters. I love square glitters, and who doesn’t love a holo top coat? What a winner of a polish this is!

Ordinarily I’d wear something like this over navy or black, but I decided to try it over red. And it looks stunning.

I used two coats of Rouge Louboutin, then added one coat of First Snow.

Sadly, my lightbox pictures don’t show the holo very strongly. So, I took another photo to try to show off the crazy sparkle that this polish has. It’s a bit out of focus as I wasn’t using a tripod, but at least you can get a bit more of an idea how this polish would look under normal lighting or in sunny conditions.

I love this top coat. It will add some sparkle and glam to any manicure. I expect it will also go well over any blue, to give a snow / sky effect. Plus it would be gorgeous over navy, black or purple.  It’s certainly perfect for party nails this Christmas.

First Snow, and the other two top coats, are available to buy from SpaRitual UK. They don’t seem to be on the US SpaRitual site yet, so for a change I think we got a head start 🙂

For this manicure I’ve used:
  • Colour: two coats of Louboutin Rouge Louboutin
  • Glitter coat: one coat of SpaRitual First Snow
  • Top coat: Sally Hansen Insta-Dri

I really, really like how this look over red!

Gorgeous, isn’t it. Very Christmassy over red – it’s in strong contention to be my Christmas Day manicure.
