Blue Fan Brush Nails | 40 Great Nail Art Ideas
I have some blue fan brush nails for the 40 Great Nail Art Ideas prompt for pale blue base.
I started with a base of OPI Gelato On My Mind, from the Venice collection. It’s the perfect shade of pale blue.
You can’t see much of it though with all the fan brush strokes I’ve painted over it, so you’ll have to judge my assessment of it based on what you can see of it in the bottle.
I used another two OPI colours for adding with the fan brush: Can’t Find My Czechbook, a deeper, more turquoise colour, and OPI … Eurso Euro, a dark blue, not quite navy colour.
It has been a long time since I created fan brush nails. In fact, I’ve just checked back and I’ve only ever done them once before now, a couple of years ago. I did something very similar to this but in purple: purple fan brush nails. It’s certainly an easy and quick technique, so perhaps I should do it more often.
- Base colour: two coats of OPI Gelato On My Mind
- Fan brush colours: OPI Can’t Find My Czechbook and OPI OPI … Eurso Euro
- Top coat: Glisten & Glow HK Girl

OPI OPI … Eurso Euro was previously sent to me for review. All views expressed in this post are my own, honest and unbiased opinions.

Really nice design! I like using my fan brush in this way too.
It reminds me of Monet painting!
