Pale pink gel nails with stamping and glitter
I have some more mix and match today with these pale pink gel nails with stamping and glitter.
The pale pink gel polish is Bluesky QXG210 (sometimes called Lace). It’s a beauty of a colour and I can see it being a real staple for me. On the ring finger Bluesky 63903, called Fairy Dust by some UK distributors of Bluesky gel polish. It’s quite a difficult colour to describe. It seems to be a pale pink glitter with a slight holographic effect, but I’ve worn it alongside other colours and it seems to tone well with the colour of what you’re wearing, as if it’s more of a silver perhaps.
I stamped over the middle nail with a rose image from ÜberChic Beauty 7-01, using a pink metallic gel polish, 2True Aphrodite. Over the top of that, I used Moyra Stamping Polish Top Coat, which usually doesn’t smear my stamping, but I think my bottle is getting a little thick, and I’ve not been able to float it as well as if it was thinner. The gel nails are top-coated with W7 2 in 1 top coat / base coat.
I wore this manicure for a quite a while, originally without the stamping, then I added it for a few days, and then I took it off again. Can’t be doing with my nails looking the same for too long! That approach is not particularly conducive to gel polish, so the stamping was useful as it allowed me to change it up a bit.
