Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Guava

I have another of the new Gelly- Hi-Shine polishes from Barry M to show today. It is from the new Summer 2013 range that launches shortly.

This is Guava, a gorgeous teal colour. At first glance, I thought it was reminiscent of A England Galahad or OPI Can’t Find My Czechbook. But it’s brighter, deeper and more green than the OPI, and brighter and lighter than the A England. It is quite similar to Barry M Turquoise, but a shade or two darker.

It was very easy to apply and could be opaque in one thick coat. I used two thin coats however for his. The Gelly Hi-Shine range has been designed to look like a gel manicure, so the shine is evident, and you probably won’t need a top coat with this, except to make your manicure last longer.

For this manicure I’ve used:
  • Colour: two coats of Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Guava
  • Top coat: none
