I bought five new A England polishes in the special offer at the beginning of the year. Technically they’re supposed to be a present for my birthday, but I’m sure my Mum and Dad won’t mind me wearing one of them a bit early 🙂

My favourite of the five I bought was Galahad, a lovely turquoise shade. And I was pretty insistent that it was going to be the first one I wore. But I’m wearing a navy top today and I thought it would be nice to match it, so Tristam it is.

I’ve never had any problems with any A England polishes and this is just the same; it goes on like a dream. I think you could probably get away with one thickish, even coat, but this is two.

It’s a lovely navy with a beautiful holographic shimmer. The A England website describes it perfectly: “night blue sky with starlight glimmer and glow”.

I think I’ll leave it plain for today, but will probably stamp over it or add some studs or something tomorrow.
