Collection 2000 Dynasty and Button Moon striped manicure

It was a lovely and sunny day, so I put something bright and cheerful on my nails in anticipation of spring arriving soon (I hope!)

I was thrilled to find out recently that I won a nail art contest hosted by Debbie of The Crumpet. There was no prize, but Debbie kindly offered me the chance to write her a guest post for her blog.

I put it off for ages, never thinking I could come up with anything good enough (her blog is FAMOUS in the polish world, for goodness sake!)

I finally gave up trying to invent something worthy enough, and just decided whichever manicure I next did that I was pretty pleased with would be the one I wrote up for her. And this is it. It’s a manicure I wore on 17th February, but am only just posting now as it coincides with my guest post being published on The Crumpet.

You’ll need to head over to the post itself to read more about the polishes and so on, but here’s a sneak preview of the photos.

Thank you – I’m very flattered you chose to recreate one of my manicures. And you did a really great job – well done.
