Bundle Monster Night Fall | Thermal Colour-Changing Gel Polish

This beauty is Bundle Monster Night Fall, a thermal, colour-changing gel polish.

It’s quite thick, as with all Bundle Monster gel polishes that I have used – so it needs a little care when applying. But it’s not hard to apply, it just requires more attention at the cuticle and along the sides to get an even line and a smooth application.

The colour-changing effect is wonderful. Night Fall is purple when cool and a pink/magenta when warm. It has tiny flakies in it that give a purple and blue shimmer effect. My nails are really quite long at the moment, so the thermal effect is easily evident where the free edge is obviously the cooler part of my nails.

My application skills are lacking here a bit. I don’t think I wrapped the tips well enough, as it is a little thin there. (Who’d have thought I was gel polish qualified, eh?! It’s a good thing I don’t have paying clients!) It lasted well enough though, so I got away with it.

Night Fall is part of the Enchanted collection. You can buy it on its own; it’s currently $7.99. Or you can buy the full three piece Enchanted collection for $22.99.

I know that normal nail polish thermals degrade after about six months. I’m not so sure about gel polish.  Does anyone know if it degrades as well?

For this manicure I’ve used:
  • Colour: two coats of Bundle Monster Night Fall
  • Gel top coat: W7 2 in 1 top coat / base coat (gel polish)
