Morgan Taylor Rule The Runway | Sweetheart Squadron Collection
Morgan Taylor Rule The Runway is another polish from the Sweetheart Squadron collection for Autumn 2016.
Of the six polishes, this is the third one that I have reviewed so far. And just like the others, it does not disappoint.
Rule the Runway is a light grey that has a slight warm lavender tone to it. I hesitate to call it a greige, because technically that’s a mix of grey and beige. But others might call it a greige.
It painted on smoothly and evenly and then dried nice and quickly too. Just like the others, the longevity has been superb. I wore it for about four or five days in the end I think. And for me to wear a polish that long means that it didn’t chip in that time, because I always re-paint at the first sign of a chip.
This collection has so far been an absolute delight. Look out for my reviews of the berry burgundy, the sage green and the coral polishes, which are all coming up in the next week or so.
Once again, here are the six polishes from the Sweetheart Squadron collection:
- Looking For a Wingman – burgundy creme
- Oh, Para-chute! – sage creme
- Perfect Landing – coral creme
- Put a Wing On It – fiery red shimmer
- Rule the Runway – slate grey creme
- Up In The Air-Heart – dusty coral creme
In the UK you can buy Morgan Taylor nail polishes in Sally’s stores – or online at www.sallyexpress.com. They cost £10.99 each. I really feel these polishes are good value for that because they really last well.
- Colour: two coats of Morgan Taylor Rule The Runway
- Top coat: Sally Hansen Insta-Dri

This is a nice wearable shade!
Hi Claire, I have one Morgan Taylor polish and enjoy it a lot — they’re a good value and the formula is salon-quality! I keep wanting more of these Sweetheart Squadron shades the more I see of them, so I’m happy to read your review. 🙂
