Glitter-fest: Revlon Dreamer layered with Revlon Radiant

I can’t seem to get enough of glitter at the moment, but this manicure didn’t start off that way.

I started with a base of Revlon Dreamer, which is a lovely pale cornflower blue. I was going to stamp over it with a darker teal, but I just couldn’t get the stamping right, even after several goes. So I took the stamping off and went down the glitter route instead. (If you ever mess up with your stamping, just wait until you’re sure it’s dry, which doesn’t take any time at all, then you can dab it off with a lint roller – it works a treat!)

I’ve layered two coats of Revlon Radiant over the top. Radiant is a barely-tinted blue base with small blue glitter and a mix of medium silver, light blue and emerald green hexagonal glitters.

It’s wonderfully sparkly, even in UK December daylight!

It looks fabulous in real life. I think this is the longest I’ve ever worn a manicure (4 days); I just love it so much. So very sparkly and I’ve had some lovely comments about it too.
