These gold and black houndstooth French tips feature SpaRitual Tend as the base and are stamped with an image from Born Pretty Store BP-L013. I hadn’t intended for them to have French tips at first, but you’ll read why I added them in just a bit.

Tend is a mustard coloured polish, with small gold flakies. It comes from SpaRitual’s recently launched 2015 summer collection, called Gathering.

I stamped over it using Konad Black and an image from Born Pretty Store BP-L013. This plate has 21 full nail images on it. Unfortunately, they are not as large as the images on the other Born Pretty Store rectangular plates I own and they weren’t quite large enough for my middle and ring finger nails.

Consequently, I had to be a bit creative, and I added some black tips, which masked the missing image.

Born Pretty Store plate BP-L013 has a number of useful images on it: hearts, stars, houndstooth, tartan, chevrons, diamonds and more.

Note though that they are smaller than some other Born Pretty Store rectangular plate images. They are 16.5mm tall by 14.5mm wide. Funnily enough, they fit my nails now they are a bit shorter, but when I did this manicure a few weeks ago, they didn’t.
