Nails Inc Sao Paulo Streets: Free with InStyle Magazine June 2014

There are three free Nails Inc polishes with June 2014’s InStyle magazine (out now). It’s a Brazilian-themed collection, with a bright pink, a darkish coral, and a creamy nude.

I don’t much like Nails Inc polishes as they always chip on me, but I was taken enough by the colour of the nude polish that I bought it.

Sao Paulo Streets is a grey-beige colour with a hint of pink to it. Perhaps the closest I can describe it is that it’s mink in colour. There’s something quite fascinating about it that I absolutely love, but which I can’t quite put my finger on. After I’d swatched it on my nail wheels, I couldn’t resist wearing it straight away.

Saw these in the supermarket today but for once I showed restraint. I guess they looked too close to other colours I have in my stash.

Yes, I agree. The colours they offer are rarely very unique. Although I don’t have anything like this one – the hint of pink in it just makes it different to anything else I have.

It’s funny…I’ve seen posts on several blogs about nail polishes they have that came free with magazines. However, all those blogs seem to not be in the U.S. where I am. We do have InStyle magazine so I’ll have to go look for the June issue. How is it that the polish comes with the magazine? Logistically, I mean. Is there a bottle of polish actually attached to the magazine? Do you have to send away for it? Or is it a sample package of some sort? Thank you, Delphi

I should think it’s only in the UK that the polish comes with the magazine. Nails Inc has been doing it with InStyle magazine for some years.

The magazine is wrapped in a plastic outer and the polish is in a box, stuck to the front of the mag.

Oh, well, that’s a bummer…but good to know. Thanks! Delphi
