Here are my manicures prior to starting this blog. Click on the stripey nails at the top left, then use the right arrow to see how my nail polish obsession grew.
It started with me going to a “black and bling” party. I needed nails, and saw some black and silver nail wraps. I bought these stripey ones at the same time and tried them out. This is 2nd November 2011.
I tried these blue and white star nail wraps too. 12th November 2011.
The time came for the “black and bling” party (26th November 2011) and I wore these black and silver nail wraps.
I tried some more wraps. These are glittery red, although the picture shows it a very pink – it’s bright red in reality. 23rd February 2012.
I didn’t really like how the nail wraps left my nails when I removed them though, so I did nothing much with my nails for a while. Then a few months later, I bought some polish, from Nails Inc, and I started to get a bit more interested. April 2012.
Although I did do one more mail wrap – for the Olympics. Had to be done really.
After that was when I started to really enjoy doing my nails and this is really when the obsession began. This is Max Factor Cool Jade. (24th August 2012)
